Omega Syndrome is a lot of things.  It’s a kidnapping movie.  It’s about a writer going up against an underground white supremacist group in Los Angeles.  It’s also about cottage cheese diets, the danger of eating too much sugar, and the value of the yellow pages.   What it’s not is a high-octane action movie.
